What is Voubox?
Creators you follow share exclusive discount codes from brands they work with. Each creator has their own page at voubox.com/@name with their codes.
Is it free?
Yes. Getting a code is free, and you don’t need an account.
How do I get a code?
Tap “Get code” on an offer, then “Get my code”. Your code appears right away. Copy it and use it at the brand’s checkout.
Can I have the code emailed to me?
Yes. After your code appears, tap “Email me voucher” and enter your email address. We only use it to send you that voucher.
Why does an offer say “All codes claimed”?
Each creator gets a limited batch of codes from the brand. When their batch runs out, the offer shows as claimed. Check back later: the creator may get more.
Can I get more than one code?
Many offers are limited to one code per customer. If you open the same offer again on the same browser, you’ll see the code you already got. People on the same Wi-Fi network may count as one customer.
My code doesn’t work. What should I do?
Check the offer’s terms and end date first, since the brand sets the rules, like a minimum order. If it still doesn’t work, report the problem and tell us which code and page it was.
I’m a creator or a brand. How do I join?
Sign in at voubox.com/login with your email address. You’ll pick whether you’re a creator or a brand when you sign in for the first time.
