How brand pages work for creators and shoppers. Questions about getting a code?
What is a brand page?
It’s a brand’s home on Voubox, showing its open collabs and live deals. Creators use it to find deals for their followers and collabs to apply to.
Can I get a discount code here?
No. Brands don’t hand out codes on their page. Creators reserve codes for their followers, and you get a code from a creator’s page (voubox.com/@creator). Look for the Voubox link from creators you follow, often in their bio.
Which creators have this brand’s codes?
We don’t show that on brand pages, to respect creators’ privacy. Creators share their own Voubox page with their followers.
What does the “% OFF” ribbon mean?
It’s the discount the code gives, set by the brand. Any terms, like a minimum order, are shown where you get the code.
What does “View product” do?
Tapping a deal’s picture or name opens the brand’s product page in a new tab, so you can read about the product first.
I’m a creator. How do I add a deal to my page?
Tap “Reserve for followers” on the deal, sign in, choose how many codes you want and reserve them. They go live on your Voubox page right away, and the deal also appears on your Find deals page. Your creator account needs to be approved first.
Why does a deal say “Request for followers”?
The brand approves each creator for that deal. Send a request and we’ll let you know when the brand answers.
Do I need to be connected with the brand?
Not for deals: any approved creator can reserve a brand’s deals from its page. Collabs are different: you can apply if you’re connected with the brand (one of you invited the other) or you’re a Top creator. A brand can also invite you to a collab directly.
What does “Affiliate+” mean?
The brand says the product has an active Amazon Creator Connections (Affiliate+) campaign, and the percentage is its commission. You can join that campaign through your Amazon Associates account. Voubox shows what the brand entered and doesn’t handle commissions.
What does “Includes 2 deals” on a collab mean?
The brand attached deals to that collab. Creators on the collab can reserve codes from those deals for their followers.
I’m a brand. How do I get a page like this?
Sign in at voubox.com/login and choose Brand. Your page is at voubox.com/@yourhandle, and you can change the handle and add a short About in Settings.
